The item was packaged well and shipped quickly. However, there is a rough spot on the bottom of the pendant - I believe it must be a small chip or simply a missed spot during the buffing/polishing process. Otherwise, it is a lovely item. The online shop was easy and convenient. The pendant is very pretty.
